If you mean the white cone forming around some of the jets, that's collapsing sound waves creating stacked pressure waves from the jet exceeding the speed of sound. Yay for going 767mph+.

yes the raptor is far better- but that speaks for the quality of the f22, its still sad to see such a fine plane being confined to the history books. i believe the raptor is replacing the f15 eagle as the usa's air superiority fighter the f35 joint strike fighter is to replace the the f-18 hornets/superhornets, the f18 was the bastard that replaced the f14 lol!

1:05 is a famous french flyby, saying hi to an US ship. There are some crazy footage of US and French pilots doing wonderful flyfys to each others. French and US pilots ? Bests in the world.

All of those sorts of jets sound freakin' awesome when you hear them in person.I was at the clipsal 500 when they hit the afterburner and that was INCREDIBLY AWESOME.
